Unless otherwise agreed in writing, transportation will be arranged within 14 calendar days after full payment has been received and confirmed.

The 14-day period refers to the period within which transportation is arranged or initiated and does not constitute a guaranteed delivery time.

Actual delivery times may depend on the transport company, destination, distance, traffic, customs procedures, border controls, weather conditions and other circumstances outside the reasonable control of HVG MACHINERY.

8. Payment and Release of Machinery

Machinery will not leave the HVG MACHINERY premises until the purchase price and any agreed additional costs have been paid in full.

A machine will only be released after the full payment has been credited to and is clearly visible and available in the HVG MACHINERY bank account.

A bank transfer receipt, screenshot, payment confirmation or other proof provided by the customer does not constitute confirmation of cleared funds.

HVG MACHINERY reserves the right to retain possession of the machinery until payment has been fully received and verified.

9. No Guarantee of Website Availability

Although HVG MACHINERY makes reasonable efforts to keep the website available and functioning properly, we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or free from technical errors.
